Who can get legal advice?

The following persons are entitled to receive legal advice:

• citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• Foreign citizens;
• stateless persons;
• the refugees.

The consultants of the Centers will inform you about your rights and obligations, about the ways of exercising and using the rights in court and out of court, will assist in drafting legal documents.
